Meet Krishna Choudhary, an aluminum daily wage worker who diligently saved money over his career. His investment in an NBFC fixed deposit hit a snag due to a name discrepancy between his bank deposit receipt, Aadhaar card and PAN card . This mismatch prevented him from accessing his savings, causing anxiety about his hard-earned money. Krishna turned to Rozgar Dhaba for help, where he embarked on a transformative journey for Residence verification, Aadhar Correction & Pan Card Correction .This comprehensive support enabled Krishna to confidently access his NBFC funds without the previous name-related hurdles, marking a significant positive impact on his financial security.

Dhanwanti Devi – Chausa , Bihar

Dhanwanti of Chausa Village, Buxar, Bihar, faced challenges after her husband’s death, struggling with mobility and accessing welfare. Rozgar Dhaba intervened, helping her obtain necessary documents and explore Local livelihood options. Now earning 2500-3000 rupees monthly, she plans to open a grocery shop, boosting financial stability and community impact. Dhanwanti also became a rural volunteer with Rozgar dhaba and extended her support in , guiding others in document procurement, welfare access, and job opportunities. Rahul Yadav, Age 21 years , from Bhusawla Village in Eastern UP, an ITI passed out , faced joblessness in , with family income of 5000 rs and 4 family members , it was a difficult living for Rahul and family. When Rozgar Dhaba did a Rozgar camp in his village , he registered with us nad Rozgar Dhaba helped him connect and secure the job after the skilling for Tata Motors “learn & earn program ” . With Our guidance, Rahul secured a stable and safe job at Tata Motors, earning INR 16,000 monthly and helped to improve family income and living conditions. He excelled in his role, earning recognition as “Best Team Member,” and now mentors rural youth, empowering them to explore similar career paths in his area .

Priya Pandey , Jharkhand

Priya Pandey’s Journey to Financial Independence

Priya Pandey, a B.Sc. graduate from Ranchi, Jharkhand, faced significant challenges in pursuing a career due to childcare responsibilities, limited family support, and her husband’s relocation for work. Through Rozgar Dhaba’s HerJobs Initiative, she discovered an opportunity with Trulot Technologies as a Customer Executive & MIS Coordinator. To prepare, Priya completed Rozgar Dhaba’s Advanced Excel Training Program, gaining valuable digital skills and confidence. She successfully secured the role with a starting salary of ₹12,000 per month plus incentives, working 4–5 hours daily. Today, Priya is financially independent while balancing her family responsibilities and career growth. Its already been more than a year she is working with company . 

Saniya Minhaj , Hazaribagh, Jharkhand

Saniya Minhaj: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures

Saniya Minhaj, a graduate from Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, aspired to build a career but faced social and cultural barriers that limited employment opportunities for women in her community. Through Rozgar Dhaba’s HerJobs (Ghar Se Kaam) initiative, she received mentoring, confidence-building support, and interview preparation to help her enter the workforce.

Today, Saniya works as a Sales Coordinator with one of Rozgar Dhaba’s corporate partners, earning ₹12,000 per month plus additional benefits while working just 4 hours a day from home. Her journey reflects the power of flexible employment opportunities in enabling women to achieve financial independence, support their families, and become role models in their communities.

Priyanka Bhamre , Maharastra 

 

Priyanka Bhamre: Turning Opportunity into Independence

Priyanka Bhamre from Maharashtra is a graduate and a mother of a 5-year-old child. Like many women, she faced the challenge of balancing family responsibilities and childcare, making it difficult to pursue a regular office-based career. While she had the capability and determination to work, she needed an opportunity that could fit her circumstances.

Through Rozgar Dhaba’s HerJobs – Ghar Se Kaam Initiative, Priyanka found the support and opportunity she was looking for. Just one month after joining the program, she secured a role as an MIS Coordinator, enabling her to work while managing her family responsibilities.

Today, Priyanka earns ₹12,000 per month, contributing to her family’s income and building her financial independence. Her journey demonstrates how flexible work opportunities can empower women to learn, earn, and grow without having to choose between their family and career.

Through digital training, career guidance, interview preparation, and placement support, Neha gained the confidence and skills needed to enter the workforce. She was successfully selected by one of Rozgar Dhaba’s corporate partners and today works as an MIS Coordinator, contributing 4–5 hours a day remotely while earning a stable income.

Neha’s journey highlights how access to digital jobs and the right support can empower women to build meaningful careers, achieve financial independence, and support their families without leaving their homes.

Through Rozgar Dhaba’s mobile-friendly training program, Priyanka learned audio content creation skills and was selected for a Voice Fellowship, earning ₹5,000 per month from home. More than just an income, the opportunity gave her confidence, independence, and a renewed sense of identity.

Today, Priyanka serves as a Rozgar Fellowship Sakhi, helping other rural women register, learn new skills, and access livelihood opportunities. Her journey demonstrates how the right opportunity can empower one woman to transform not only her own life but also inspire and uplift her entire community.
