Rahul Yadav, Age 21 years , from Bhusawla Village in Eastern UP, an ITI passed out , faced joblessness in , with family income of 5000 rs and 4 family members , it was a difficult living for Rahul and family. When Rozgar Dhaba did a Rozgar camp in his village , he registered with us nad Rozgar Dhaba helped him connect and secure the job after the skilling for Tata Motors “learn & earn program ” . With Our guidance, Rahul secured a stable and safe job at Tata Motors, earning INR 16,000 monthly and helped to improve family income and living conditions. He excelled in his role, earning recognition as “Best Team Member,” and now mentors rural youth, empowering them to explore similar career paths in his area .
