MANAGEMENT
Neelam Pathak
Co-Founder and CEO, Rozgar Dhaba
Neelam has 20+ years of experience with Tata Motors, M&M Ltd, John Deere, Cummins India Ltd, Suzlon & Nordex SE. She has held roles in New Product Development, Program Management, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing & Analytics. She is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from IIM Lucknow & SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy. She is a Global Ambassador for Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and an advisory committee member for PMI India Champions program. Neelam is also a volunteer with the NGO NRV and Co-founder of Rozgar Dhaba & Dakshkaar Handicarft Pvt Ltd, supporting women’s education, Covid relief work & rural information exchanges for youth. She believes in education for all and supporting grassroot innovation.

Senior Development Fellow at Rozgar Dhaba
Mritunjay has more than a decade of experience working with communities in the NGO sector and has collaborated with various leading organizations. He possesses expertise in micro-planning and local community networking.
Rishabh
Senior Fellow at Rozgar Dhaba
He has 3+ years of experience working with communities and managing various development projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. He is adept at mobilizing communities and building networks with different stakeholders. He is fluent in Hindi, English, and Bhojpuri, and hails from Ghazipur district, Uttar Pradesh.

Asha Kumari, a Psychology graduate from Ashoka University, brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to our organization. With her strong passion for social welfare and policy analysis, Asha is currently working on understanding the usage patterns of India’s different welfare schemes.

Jitendar Yadav uses his passion for SEO and website design as a Communication Content Creator Fellow at Rozgar Dhaba, Jitendar helped produce its websites and create templates for informative content that helps job seekers.

He has over two years of experience working with communities and over a year of experience working in the development sector. He has a strong understanding of technology and has previously provided online support to communities. He is proficient in Hindi, English, and Bhojpuri.

Vipin

Vipin is the youngest member of the Rozgar Dhaba team. He has completed his graduation and has six months of work experience in community mobilization.
Suraj Kumar

Suraj Kumar is a Rozgar Dhaba District Fellow at Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. He is a local member of the community with experience in community mobilization. Suraj joined Rozgar Dhaba in May 2023.
Ashok Yadav

Ashok Yadav is a Rozgar Dhaba District Fellow at Ghazipur-Mohamdabd. He is a graduate and has worked with other NGOs for community mobilization. He has a deep interest in community development and is locally from Ghazipur. He joined the Rozgar Dhaba team in April 2023.

With prior experience working with Common Service Center and managing livelihood projects in collaboration with local NGOs, Raja brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Being a local resident of Prayagraj, he possesses a deep understanding of the community and its specific needs.
